[4K] Sophie.xdt Yoga – Stretch and Relax with Me

Hey… welcome.

I’m really glad you’re here.

This isn’t about pushing your limits or chasing perfection. It’s about taking a moment for yourself—just to stretch, to breathe, and to relax.

So wherever you are right now—your room, your living space, even just a quiet corner—find a comfortable spot and let’s begin together.

Arrive in the Moment

Sit or stand in a way that feels natural.

Close your eyes gently.

Take a slow, deep breath in…

And exhale softly.

Again.

Inhale… filling your lungs completely.

Exhale… letting your shoulders drop.

Let everything start to soften.

You don’t need to carry the whole day with you right now.

Just be here.

Gentle Neck Release

Tilt your head slowly to one side.

No force—just a gentle stretch.

Feel the length along your neck, the quiet release in your shoulders.

Breathe into that space.

Then slowly roll your chin down toward your chest… and over to the other side.

Everything is slow.

Smooth.

Relaxed.

Let your body guide the movement.

Shoulder Flow

Bring your shoulders up toward your ears…

Hold for a second…

Then let them drop completely.

Do that again.

Lift… and drop.

Feel the tension melting away.

Now roll your shoulders back in slow circles.

Then forward.

There’s no rush.

Just movement and breath.

Stretch Up & Side Flow

Raise your arms overhead.

Interlace your fingers if that feels comfortable.

Stretch upward, reaching through your fingertips.

Feel your spine lengthen.

Now gently lean to one side.

Breathe in…

And as you exhale, melt a little deeper into the stretch.

Come back to center.

Then flow to the other side.

Let it feel like water—soft and continuous.

Forward Fold Release

Bring your arms down and slowly fold forward.

Let your head hang.

Let your neck relax.

Your hands can rest anywhere—on your legs, your ankles, or the floor.

There’s no right or wrong.

Just release.

Every exhale helps your body soften more.

Let gravity do the work.

Let go of tension you didn’t even realize you were holding.

Soft Hip Opening

Sit down gently.

Bring the soles of your feet together.

Let your knees fall open naturally.

Sit tall for a moment… then slowly lean forward.

Rest your hands wherever feels comfortable.

This isn’t about pushing your knees down.

It’s about allowing your hips to open… slowly… safely.

Breathe here.

Feel the calm spreading through your lower body.

Twist & Reset

Bring one knee in toward your chest.

Place your opposite hand across it and gently twist your body.

Look over your shoulder if it feels okay.

Keep your breath slow and steady.

Twists help release tension—not just physically, but mentally too.

Come back to center.

Switch sides.

Move gently.

Stay present.

Lie Down & Fully Relax

Now slowly lower yourself onto your back.

Let your arms rest by your sides.

Palms facing up.

Close your eyes.

Feel the ground supporting you.

You don’t need to hold anything anymore.

Just breathe.

Inhale… soft and steady.

Exhale… slow and calm.

Let your entire body sink into the floor.

Your legs relax.

Your hips soften.

Your chest opens.

Your face unwinds.

Even your thoughts begin to quiet.

Stay Here for a Moment

There’s nothing to do.

Nowhere to go.

Just this.

This calm.

This stillness.

If your mind wanders, that’s okay.

Gently bring it back to your breath.

Back to this moment.

Closing

When you’re ready, bring one hand to your heart.

Feel that gentle rhythm.

A reminder that you’re here.

That you’re alive.

That you’ve taken this time for yourself.

Take one last deep breath in…

And exhale slowly.

Begin to move your fingers… your toes…

And when it feels right, open your eyes.

Thank you for stretching and relaxing with me.

Remember—you don’t need a perfect routine or a perfect day to take care of yourself.

Even a few minutes like this…

Can change everything.

See you next time. 🌿
